• Problem: Low Joint Strength, Voiding, and Leakage at Brazed Areas.

  Cause: Coarse Multi-Zone Temperature Profiles. At the critical 1100°C brazing stage, any dynamic thermal drifting or sluggish PID feedback will fail to melt the brazing alloy uniformly, yielding weak joints.

• Problem: Surface Oxidation, Scaling, and Discoloration post Heat Treatment.

• Variable Speed Heavy Duty Belt Drive: Outfitted with a high-strength Φ3×Φ4mm heat-resistant mesh wire, running on a stable variable frequency drive adjustable between 80-400 mm/min to match varied batch heating curves.

• High-Volume Multi-Stage Jacket Cooling: The cooling exit chamber relies on an active water jacket handling 10 tons per hour, marrying natural water tank loops and cooling tower circuits for a perfect bright finish.
