Product Description
This Aluminum Brazing Furnace is a continuous tunnel-type industrial furnace designed for natural gas brazing operations. It utilizes a radiant tube heating system to achieve a precise temperature accuracy of ±3°C, with a rapid heating time of 2-3 minutes. The furnace features a four-section design with a mesh belt system, offering an adjustable transmission speed from 200 to 1500 mm/min. It is engineered to process workpieces with a maximum height of 250mm within a temperature range of 650-700°C. Operating on a three-phase 50Hz power supply (AC380V), it requires nitrogen for the brazing atmosphere and includes integrated spray drying and air cooling areas for a complete process cycle.
