Product Overview
The ZLQ-ZQ series single chamber vacuum gas-carrier aluminum brazing furnace is purpose-built for high-efficiency brazing of automotive and industrial heat exchangers, including intercoolers, oil coolers, radiators, evaporators, condensers, radar grid antennas, waveguides, and various plate-fin or tube-fin assemblies. By utilizing low-vacuum constant-pressure inert gas protection in place of traditional high-vacuum processing, it significantly shortens evacuation time and accelerates part heating. An external circulating cooling fan further reduces the cooling stage, bringing the total working cycle down to approximately 3.5 hours — nearly half that of conventional high-vacuum brazing. The fully automatic process covers loading, evacuation, inert gas cycling, heating, brazing, forced cooling, and unloading, all with continuous pressure and real-time energy monitoring. Each furnace can be customized in working zone dimensions, load capacity, heating power, and control configuration to match specific production demands.

Process Introduction
Open the furnace to let the workpieces in and close the door.
Open the bypass valve,start vacuum.
When the furnace vacuum degree is ≤670pa, start the roots pump.
When the vacuum degree in the furnace reaches ≤3Pa, start heating, after heating to the furnace temperature > 360 ℃, close the vacuum valve of the main pump, turn off the roots pump and mechanical pump, open the bypass pump - open the bypass valve and slow charging valve, the system automatically fills and evacuates, keeps the pressure in the furnace within a certain range, and carries out inert gas replacement.
During the heating, the furnace body is always kept in a certain pressure range for cyclic replacement, and the filling rhythm is adjusted by the furnace pressure control system and the micro-charging system, and the program is completed automatically.
Heating, heat preservation and brazing end power off to stop heating.
When the furnace and furnace temperature are cooled off to about 580 degrees, shut off the bypass valve, shut off the micro-charging valve, open the inflation valve to inflate to 0.6 bar and start the air-cooled motor cooling, wait for the furnace temperature to drop to about 450 degrees, turn off the air-cooled motor.
Open the bleed valve to balance the pressure outside the furnace in the furnace, prepare for the furnace, wait until the furnace pressures restored to the atmospheric pressure, then close the furnace bleeder valve (automatical delay control). Open the door in place, remove the workpieces, and close the furnace in place.
The whole process control is completed by fully automatic control.
