The CNC Radiator Core Assembler, also known as a radiator core builder, fin-to-tube insertion machine, or radiator core assembly machine, is designed for assembling automotive radiators, condensers, intercoolers, oil coolers, and other heat exchanger cores.
The machine precisely inserts and positions cooling fins onto flat or round tubes to create a uniform core structure. Accurate tube pitch and fin spacing help produce a consistent semi-finished core ready for subsequent tube expansion and brazing processes.
