The bogie primarily employs a welded frame construction. The frame assembly comprises two side beams, two cross beams, and one center beam. Two rigid side bearings are installed on either side of the frame. The wheelset adopts monoblock silicon steel wheels fitted with self-aligning roller bearings, while the suspension system features three-stage spring stiffness characteristics. The interface components connecting the bogie to the carbody are manufactured from non-metallic materials including nylon and rubber.
