The 20 m³ Mine Wagon is a robust and efficient bottom-discharge railcar specifically designed for underground mining operations. Engineered for the 1435mm standard gauge, this wagon utilizes a gravity-based unloading system through curved rails, allowing for rapid and reliable dumping of bulk ore. Its hinged chassis and symmetrical support beams ensure stability and safety during both transport and unloading cycles.
The wagon unloads automatically using gravity and curved rail sections. When the wagon enters the unloading curve, a supporting roller lifts the carriage, and the movable chassis swings open downward via the unloading wheel, dumping the ore cleanly without manual intervention.
This wagon is specifically designed for transporting bulk ore in underground mine roadways. Its 20 m³ capacity and 39.6-ton load rating make it ideal for high-density mining materials.
