Core Features & Technical Advantages
Superior Flexibility & Safety: The innovative mid-loop design of the SKL14 tension clip (mounted over the rail foot) eliminates the risk of clip arm overloading and plastic deformation, while effectively preventing rail rotation. With a continuous clamping force of 8kN (standard) and 9kN (heavy-haul), it ensures reliable rail fixation and excellent longitudinal resistance (≥9kN), effectively preventing rail creep even under frequent acceleration and braking.
Broad Application Adaptability: Compatible with concrete sleepers on ballasted tracks, the system supports mainstream rail profiles including UIC54, UIC60, 50kg/m, and 60kg/m. It offers ±10mm gauge adjustment and optional ±20mm height adjustment (with height-adjusting plates), perfectly adapting to various track alignment requirements.
Durable & Low-Maintenance: The tension clip is made of high-quality 60Si2MnA spring steel (hardness 44-48HRC after heat treatment), paired with wear-resistant TPU/EVA rail pads. The system boasts a maintenance-free service life of up to 10 years for conventional and high-speed scenarios, and 8 years for heavy-haul applications, significantly reducing lifecycle costs for rail operators.
Stable Performance & Compliance: With an electrical insulation resistance of ≥5kΩ, it fully meets track circuit requirements. Optional rail pads (40-60kN/mm high-elastic for high-speed, 100-150kN/mm wear-resistant for heavy-haul) effectively absorb impact vibrations, enhancing ride comfort and protecting the track bed. All components can be pre-assembled in sleeper factories, simplifying on-site installation and shortening construction cycles.
