Oil damper is an important damping component on the suspension devices of bogies (axles) such as railway locomotives, vehicles and urban rail transit.
The purpose of vibration reduction is achieved by hydraulic damping force formed by stretching and compressing the reciprocating motion of piston rod. It has good damping effect and flexible damping effect, and is a key component to improve the stability, comfort and safety of locomotive and vehicle running at high speed.
Our company specializes in overhauling all kinds of imported and domestic oil dampers, including imported brands KONI, DISPEN, SACHS, etc. And our company produces our own brand "Tie Chi" HTJ series oil dampers.
Company qualifications:
On August 23, 2002, the locomotive acceptance office of the transportation bureau of the Ministry of railways of China approved our company to produce 17 items of hydraulic shock absorbers for HTJ series locomotives. the products were accepted by the locomotive acceptance office of the Ministry of railways in Shanghai.
On October 15, 2009, the locomotive acceptance office of the transportation bureau of the Ministry of railways of China approved the expansion of our new products from 17 to 8 series.
OVERHAUL QUALIFICATION OF OIL DAMPER FOR RAILWAY PASSENGER CARS
On October 15, 2009, the locomotive acceptance office of the transportation bureau of the Ministry of railways of the PRC approved our company to have the qualification for inspection and repair of KONI series, SACHS series and DISPEN series oil dampers.

From 2007 to 2019, 26 kinds of new, vertical and horizontal oil dampers produced by our company and repaired by our company, such as KONI, SACHS and DISPEN, passed the inspection by the Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Railways (China Railway Inspection and Certification Center).

The HTJ series oil dampers produced by our company have been installed in locomotives and vehicles of Dalian Locomotive Works, Beijing Erqi Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works, Qishuyan Locomotive Works, Luoyang Locomotive Works, Datong Locomotive Works, Changzhou Jinchuang, Shanghai, Xi 'an, Kunming, Shenyang, Nanning, Nanchang, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Urumqi Railway Administration, etc.
At the same time, our HTJ series products are also exported to Thailand, Vietnam, Argentina, Congo (DRC), Tanzania, Zambia, Pakistan, Korea, Kenya, Hong Kong and other countries and regions. From 2012 to 2019, our company produced a total of 25,878 HTJ series oil dampers, of which 9,942 were exported.

Our company has overhauled the imported and domestic oil dampers with specifications and models such as CRH1, CRH6A, HXD1, HXD2, HXD3, HXD3, HXN5, DF and SS series for Guangzhou EMU Depot, Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works, Taiyuan, Guangzhou Railway Rolling Stock Works, Jinan, Taiyuan, Nanchang, Shenyang, Xi 'an, Urumqi, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Shanghai and Wuhan, as well as the locomotive depot and depot under the Railway Administration.
At the same time, our company also carries out in-site specialized cooperative maintenance in Guangzhou EMU Depot, Tianjin High-power Locomotive Maintenance Base, Shanghai Locomotive Maintenance Depot, Guangzhou Electric Locomotive Maintenance Depot, Urumqi Depot and Wuchang Depot, and has started to repair the oil dampers in Shanghai, Nanjing, Xi 'an, Chengdu, Changchun, Wuhan, Zhengzhou and other cities. From 2012 to 2019, our company overhauled a total of 364553 oil dampers of various types, including 143757 of KONI series, 72663 of SACHS series and 102109 of DISPEN series.
Our company has more than 180 types of oil shock absorbers, which can also be designed and produced independently according to requirements.
