This Machine is mainly used to test the waterproof level of the shell of lamps, household appliances, electronic products, etc. by simulating the environmental conditions such as deep water.After the test, check and determine whether the waterproof level of the product shell meets the requirements, so as to facilitate enterprises to improve product design and factory inspection.

1,The Machine is suitable for IPX8 waterproof test.

2,The tank is made of 304 stainless steel material, which can ensure the pressure performance of the container and is not easy to rust.

3,The equipment can simulate the immersion depth of 30 meters, which meets the test requirements of common underwater products.

4,The special sealing ring can ensure the sealing and pressure safety during the test.

5,The safety valve is directly connected to the inside of the tank, which can prevent overpressure in the tank effectively (when the pressure exceeds the range, the safety valve will work to discharge excess air).

6,Time adjustment range: 0-999min/H, start timing after reaching the test conditions (no timing in the process of pressurization).

7,The pressure in the tank is adjusted and displayed by the pressure sensor. The display accuracy is ±0.001Mpa, and the Pressure error value is ±0.002Mpa (20mbar).

8,The top of the tank can be punched according to customer requirements, which is convenient for users to connect the sample with external power.

9,Casters and foot cups are installed at the bottom of the chassis, which is convenient for users to move and fix.

1.  Are you Manufacturer? Do you offer after-sales service?  How can I ask for that?  And how about the warranty?

Yes, We are one of the professional manufacturers of waterproof and dustproof test equipment in China. Every machines purchasing from our factory has 12 months warranty after shipment.  Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance. while considering of sea transportation,we can extend 2 months for our customers.In the period of warranty,we may offering the parts replacements,repairing and technique support,necessaryly,our engineer may go to the local country to service.

If your machine doesn’t work, you can send us an E-mail or call us we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary.  Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.

2.  What’s the delivery term?

For our standard machine which means normal machines, we have stock in the warehouse.  If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines) If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.

3.  Do you accept customization service?  Can I have my logo on the machine?

Yes, of course.  We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements.  And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4. How can I install and use the machine?

Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation video in English version through Email.

Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use.  And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
