Our Pre-colored FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) series offers a comprehensive solution for manufacturers requiring high-speed production with integrated color coding. Developed by Shenzhen Teflon New Material Technology Co., Ltd., these resins eliminate the need for on-site pigment mixing, ensuring superior color uniformity and maintaining the material's premium physical properties.
This series is engineered for the most demanding environments, providing a permanent service temperature of up to 200°C, with short-term resistance reaching 260°C.
Professional Color Coding: Available in ten standard colors: black, white, blue, brown, red, yellow, green, gray, orange, and purple.
Superior Insulation & Safety: Combines outstanding electrical insulation with high flame retardancy and weather resistance.
Self-Lubricating Properties: Enhances the service life of cables in moving parts and simplifies the extrusion process.
Mechanical Reliability: Offers excellent flexibility and resistance to heat-related stress cracking.
Melt Processability: Unlike PTFE, these pellets are optimized for traditional screw extrusion and injection molding techniques.
Melt Flow Index (MFI): 6.0 - 8.0 g/10min.
Melting Point: 265 ± 10°C.
Tensile Strength: ≥ 22 MPa.
Dielectric Constant: ≤ 2.15.
