Modified PTFE compounds are engineered by adding copper powder or bronze powder into PTFE resin to improve the mechanical strength, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, and dimensional stability of virgin PTFE.
These filled PTFE granules are suitable for manufacturing seals, bushings, bearings, guide rings, wear pads, and other friction-resistant industrial components.

Compared with virgin PTFE, copper-filled and bronze-filled PTFE compounds provide better anti-wear performance, higher compressive strength, and improved service life in demanding working conditions.
40% Copper Filled PTFE Granules are modified PTFE compounds made of 40% pure copper powder and 60% PTFE resin.
This material offers improved thermal conductivity, enhanced wear resistance, and higher compressive strength compared with virgin PTFE. It is suitable for producing sealing rings, bearing pads, guide parts, and other industrial components requiring good mechanical performance and dimensional stability.
40% Bronze Filled PTFE Granules are composed of 40% bronze powder and 60% PTFE resin.
This grade is designed to improve wear resistance, load-bearing capacity, and dimensional stability while maintaining the low-friction properties of PTFE. It is widely used for bearings, bushings, sliding parts, piston rings, and other dynamic sealing applications.
30% Copper Filled PTFE Granules are made from 30% pure copper powder and 70% PTFE resin.
This material provides a balanced combination of wear resistance, mechanical strength, and processability. It is suitable for manufacturing industrial seals, wear-resistant rings, sliding components, and general-purpose engineering parts.
30% Bronze Filled PTFE Granules are modified PTFE materials formulated with 30% bronze powder and 70% PTFE resin.
They offer good anti-wear properties, improved dimensional stability, and reliable performance in sealing and sliding applications. This grade is suitable for bushings, bearings, guide rings, and other mechanical parts working under friction and pressure.
