15% Glass Fiber Filled PTFE Granules
are manufactured from PTFE suspension fine powder through further modification processing. With 15% glass fiber added as reinforcing filler, this material provides significantly improved flowability, making it especially suitable for continuous production and stable industrial processing.
In addition to better processability, this modified PTFE compound helps improve the density uniformity of finished parts, contributing to more consistent quality and better dimensional stability. It also offers enhanced rigidity and mechanical performance compared with virgin PTFE.
