PFA rod is a high-performance fluoropolymer round bar designed for machining chemical-resistant, electrically insulating and high-purity components.
It combines excellent chemical stability with good temperature resistance, low moisture absorption and a smooth, non-stick surface. Compared with conventional engineering plastics, PFA is particularly suitable for components that may come into contact with corrosive chemicals, high-purity fluids or demanding process environments.
Our PFA rods are available in natural translucent color, with diameters from approximately 1 mm to 300 mm. Custom diameters, lengths and machined components can be produced according to drawings or application requirements.
PFA rod can be machined into seals, valve components, insulating parts, bushings, sleeves, connectors, laboratory components and precision parts used in semiconductor, chemical, medical, aerospace, automotive and industrial equipment.
