PCTFE Rod is a high-performance engineering plastic rod made from Polychlorotrifluoroethylene, featuring excellent dimensional stability, machinability, and resistance to extreme temperatures and aggressive chemicals.

With zero moisture absorption, ultra-low gas permeability, and non-flammable characteristics, PCTFE rod is ideal for manufacturing components used in cryogenic environments, chemical processing systems, and precision sealing applications. It retains its mechanical strength and stability from -200°C up to +150°C, making it highly reliable in mission-critical systems.

 

2. Key Technical Properties

  • Standard Length Options:

 

Small diameters (3.0 – 5.0 mm): 1000 mm only

Medium diameters (6.0 – 25.0 mm): 200 mm and 1000 mm

Large diameters (30.0 – 50.0 mm): 100 mm to 500 mm (customizable) and 1000 mm
