This product is available in a white to pale yellow form, as a powder, chunk, or flakes, exhibiting limited solubility in methylene chloride, slight solubility in ethanol, and no solubility in water.
In cosmetic applications, BARENATE HCR (Hydrogenated Castor Oil) serves as a stabilizing oil phase. Unlike common plant oils, which are susceptible to oxidation and degradation, BARENATE HCR (Hydrogenated Castor Oil) offers stability and maintains its properties over time.
