BARENATE® TF is a powder obtained by mechanically grinding the residue (meal/cake) left after pressing oil from Camellia seeds.
The main components contained in BARENATE® TF include Camellia seed polysaccharide, tea saponin, Camellia seed polyphenols, and crude fiber, among others.

Camellia Seed Polysaccharide: BARENATE® TF contains 30-50% Camellia seed polysaccharide. This polysaccharide is primarily composed of six monosaccharides: mannose, glucose, galactose, arabinose, rhamnose, and xylose. It possesses certain antioxidant capabilities and offers protective effects against oxidative DNA damage in cells.

Tea Saponin: Tea saponin is a natural surfactant, present in BARENATE® TF at approximately 12-18%. It exhibits strong detergency, foaming ability, wetting power, dispersibility, and emulsifying properties, while being non-irritating to the skin. Additionally, tea saponin has certain anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and moisturizing effects.

Polyphenols: The polyphenols in BARENATE® TF mainly include flavonoids and tannins. It contains about 2~7% tannins and approximately 0.2% flavonoids, demonstrating good antioxidant activity.

Camellia Seed Oil: BARENATE® TF also contains a small amount of Camellia seed oil, which can promote the transdermal penetration of active ingredients in cosmetics.

BARENATE® TF can be added to various cleansing and care products such as shampoos, hair care powders, facial cleansers, body washes, acne creams, scrubs, and masks. It provides effects including oil removal, sterilization, anti-dandruff, itch relief, hair nourishment, hair growth promotion, and hair darkening.

Usage method:

It can be directly incorporated into cosmetics for use as scrubbing particles. Alternatively, it can be mixed with water at specific ratios, ground into a paste using a colloid mill, and then added to cosmetic formulations.
