Sea buckthorn fruit oil is a reddish-brown, transparent oily liquid extracted from the pulp of Hippophae rhamnoides (a member of the Elaeagnaceae family) through juicing, high-speed centrifugal separation, and frame filter pressing. It retains the distinctive aromatic fragrance of sea buckthorn fruit. The bioactive components in sea buckthorn oil exhibit multi-faceted regulatory effects on the immune system, including modulation of humoral and cellular immunity.
