Function:
The RAYFON EST horizontal friction washer is a core equipment for plastic recycling and cleaning, designed to remove impurities, oil stains, dust, labels, and adhesive residues from waste plastic materials through high-intensity mechanical friction, shearing, and water washing. It utilizes the relative motion between the rotating friction plate (or rotor) and the fixed cylinder to generate strong friction force, combined with continuous water flushing, achieving deep cleaning of plastic particles, flakes, or film fragments. The cleaned materials are separated from wastewater and impurities via a built-in screening or dehydration structure, ensuring the purity and quality of recycled plastics for subsequent processing (e.g., granulation, molding).
