Project Overview
The Plastic Shredding Recycling Line is an automated integrated system that combines shredding, conveying, sorting processes. It continuously and efficiently processes bulky, loose, and compositionally complex waste plastics (such as large appliance housings, automotive parts, and bulk packaged mixed plastics), ultimately producing uniform plastic flakes ready for pelletizing or high-value applications. This line is specifically engineered for large-scale, continuous processing of mixed and contaminated plastic waste.
Process Introduction
The line starts with a Chain Plate Conveyor feeding whole plastic items into a Dual-Shaft Shredder for primary size reduction. An Over-Belt Magnetic Separator then removes ferrous metals, after which the material enters a Closed Crusher for final granulation into uniform flakes. Finally, an Enclosed Screw Conveyor transfers the prepared flakes to the next stage, ensuring a dust-minimized and automated workflow.
