Function:
The Plastic Air Separator (also known as an Air Classifier or Sink-Float Separator) is specially designed to separate mixed plastic flakes (such as PET, PP, PE, etc.) after crushing based on their density differences. Utilizing a controlled airflow system, it effectively removes dust and light contaminants while sorting materials for high-purity output, preparing clean flakes for the subsequent pelletizing process.

1.Efficient Dual-Stage Separation: Features a primary high-velocity air separation chamber to remove dust and ultra-light films, followed by a precision adjustable secondary air classification zone for accurate density-based sorting of target flakes (e.g., PET from PP/PE).
2.Intelligent Airflow Control System: Equipped with a variable-frequency fan and adjustable dampers, allowing precise control over air velocity and direction for optimal separation efficiency tailored to different material mixes.
3.High-Capacity Vibratory Feeding & Distribution: Incorporates a wide vibrating feeder with an adjustable gate and distribution baffles to ensure a uniform, monolayer feed across the full width of the separation chamber, maximizing sorting accuracy and throughput.
4.Integrated Cyclone & Dust Collection: Comes with a high-efficiency cyclone separator and a connection port for an external dust collector (optional), effectively capturing airborne fines and maintaining a clean workshop environment.
