The RAYFON EST Eddy Current Separator (for Non-Ferrous Metal Removal) machine utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to identify and automatically separate non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum, copper, brass, and zinc) from mixed material streams—primarily plastic flakes, glass cullet, e-waste shred, or municipal solid waste. It induces eddy currents in conductive metal particles, creating a repulsive magnetic force that ejects them from the main product flow, thereby significantly enhancing material purity plastic and protecting downstream processing equipment.
