This large‑diameter ventilated aluminum housing is a one‑piece precision CNC‑machined cooling component, mainly applied for motor casings, drive assemblies, high‑heat automation machinery and thermal management systems.
Many large hollow aluminum cooling parts suffer from inconsistent wall thickness, offset mounting holes, rough‑edged ventilation slots and poor cooling efficiency. Our multi‑axis CNC machining process effectively solves these common points. All ventilation grooves, bolt holes and inner cavity structures are processed under strict tolerance control.
Circularly‑distributed long ventilated slots greatly expand air contact area. Excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum accelerates heat exchange, lowers the internal working temperature and extends the service life of motors and built‑in electronic parts.
Every CNC‑machined part is carefully protected before shipment.
We wrap each workpiece with anti‑scratch protective film, then place it into shock‑resistant foam padding to avoid surface scratches, collision damage and dust contamination during transit.
