Product Description
1. The RCF200T truck-mounted drilling rig features a flexible 6x4 vehicle-mounted design, capable of drilling to a depth of 200 meters with a drilling diameter of 140-300mm. It adapts to both mud pump and pneumatic down-the-hole hammer drilling modes, efficiently handling various geological conditions.
2. Equipped with a 260 horsepower Cu-m-mins engine, combined with a thrust lifting cylinder and a high-impact down-the-hole hammer, it achieves efficient drilling with low energy consumption, making it energy-efficient and durable.
3. Whether for deep well drilling, agricultural irrigation wells, geothermal wells, monitoring wells, anchoring and grouting holes, or open-pit mining operations, this new fully hydraulic drilling rig can easily handle various drilling engineering needs.

Machine Advantages
The RCF200T truck-mounted drilling rig features flexible, fully hydraulic control, allowing for real-time adjustment of parameters such as speed and torque to adapt to various drilling conditions. It is equipped with a top-drive rotary propulsion system, simplifying operation and improving drilling efficiency. It supports multiple drilling methods, including air down-the-hole hammer and mud pump circulation, and can be optionally equipped with a mud pump, foam pump, and generator as needed.
The equipment integrates hydraulic control and top-drive propulsion design, resulting in fast drilling speed, flexible operation, and high overall efficiency. It is equipped with safety devices such as a lifting arm limiter and cylinder protector, and also features positive and negative axial pressure regulating valves to optimize impact efficiency according to drilling depth. The entire machine is mounted on a 6x4 Dongfeng truck powered by a 260-horsepower Cu-m-mins engine, providing powerful locomotion and excellent maneuverability.
