Product Description
The RCF180C hydraulic drilling rig is an independently developed model equipped with a 55 kW Weichai engine. This drilling rig features a composite mast design with a 3.4-meter stroke and a dual-cylinder lifting capacity of up to 12 tons. It is equipped with a dual-motor rotary drill head and can be used in conjunction with a mud pump and air compressor. Its applications are wide-ranging, suitable for various drilling projects including irrigation wells, domestic water wells, geothermal wells, hydrological wells, civil water wells, and industrial wells.

The RCF180C hydraulic drilling rig is an independently developed model, equipped with a 55 kW Weichai engine and featuring a composite mast design with a 3.4-meter stroke and a 12-ton dual-cylinder lifting capacity. It is equipped with a dual-motor rotary drill head and can be used with a mud pump and air compressor. The rubber track chassis, combined with high-position hydraulic outriggers, ensures convenient and efficient loading, unloading, and transportation.
The core parameters of the drilling rig, such as rotation speed and torque, can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different drilling tools and construction processes; the drill rods are easy to connect and disconnect, resulting in short auxiliary operation time. For rock formations, a down-the-hole hammer + compressed air cleaning process is used, achieving drilling speeds far exceeding traditional mud drilling rigs; for loose soil layers, it switches to a cutting/conical drill bit + mud cleaning mode, allowing it to handle various complex geological conditions.
It has a wide range of applications and can meet the needs of various drilling projects, including irrigation wells, domestic water wells, geothermal wells, and hydrological wells.
