RCF 260WT hydraulic water well drilling machine can drill holes with a diameter of 140-254mm. It is used for drilling wells that are large enough to provide water for domestic and commercial use. Additionally, the water well drilling machine has a lifting force of 12t, making it easy to lift heavy objects and materials during the drilling process.
The drilling rig is integrated with the tractor, allowing the tractor to serve as both a transport machine and a rig. When heading to the work site, the air compressor can be towed behind the rig, and only a three-wheeled vehicle is needed to load the drill pipe, reducing transportation costs and making it easier to deploy. The compact and flexible design of the tractor makes it ideal for driving and operating in wild and rural areas.
The RCF260WT drilling rig uses the tractor as the carrier and hydraulic pressure as the rig's working power. It can drill up to 200 meters using the tractor's 50HP diesel engine. When lifting the rod, only the hydraulic power is needed, eliminating the need to run the air compressor, which lowers drilling costs and increases economic benefits.
The machine employs mechatronics technology, allowing for rig operation via a push-button keyboard. This simpler and more flexible operation mode enables the operator to choose their workstation position freely, without being restricted by the rig, and allows for instantaneous jog operation. The enhanced version of the machine also supports wireless remote control, further enhancing convenience.
The drilling rig requires only two operators to manage the equipment and change rods, significantly reducing labor requirements.
The drill rig can perform simultaneous casing while drilling and is equipped with a quick connection plug for efficiency.
