Product Description:
With a feed stroke of 2000 mm, this small water well drill is able to drill deep underground and reach even the most remote water sources. In addition, it can operate quickly and efficiently with a rotation speed between 45 and 65 RPM.
The RCF260WT drill is extremely economical thanks to its powerful engine and efficient design. It has the ability to drill even in the most difficult terrains.
One of the most important features of this equipment is its low air consumption. Its air consumption rate is between 17 and 31 cubic meters per minute.
Features:
1. The drilling rig and the tractor are integrated. The tractor is both a transport vehicle and an assembly. When going to the work site, the air compressor can be dragged behind the platform. Only a tricycle is needed to load the drill rod. This saves the investment in the transport vehicle and is more convenient for delivery. Due to the small size and flexible design of the tractor, it is more suitable for use in wilderness, outside the village and other places.
2. The 200-type drilling rig uses the tractor as the carrier and hydraulic pressure as the working power of the equipment. With the power of the 40-horsepower diesel engine of the tractor, 200 meters of drilling can be easily completed. At the same time, when lifting the rod, there is no need to turn on the air compressor, only the hydraulic pressure can be turned on to lift the rod. Therefore, the drilling cost is low and the economic benefit is high.
3. The machine adopts mechatronics technology and adopts a keypad operating device. The operation mode is simpler and more flexible. The operator can freely choose the location of the workstation according to his own wishes, without being restricted by the installation, and can realize instant inching. The improved version of the machine realizes wireless remote control operation, which is more convenient to operate.
4. Only two people are needed to operate the drilling rig - guiding the drilling rig and replacing the drill rod can complete all the work, saving labor.
5. The drilling rig can also make casing while drilling, and the drilling rig is equipped with a guard plate quick connection socket.
