Machine Advantages
1. The drilling rig integrates mud rotary drilling and pneumatic impact drilling dual modes. Its high-performance mechanical top drive system can output a speed of 901 rpm and a peak torque of 9000 Nm. The unique dual-mode hydraulic drive system adopts intelligent split-and-joint flow control technology: the single pump energy-saving mode is enabled under drilling conditions, and the dual pumps are automatically switched to parallel oil supply during lifting operations to achieve the best balance between energy consumption and efficiency. According to actual measurements, this design reduces ineffective energy consumption by 40% and shortens auxiliary operation time by 35%.
3. The transmission system adopts a purely mechanical power transmission solution, and its energy conversion efficiency is increased by 100% compared to traditional hydraulic transmission drilling rigs. Combined with the modular drilling tool quick switching system, it not only eliminates common construction accidents such as drill jamming and overheating, but also increases the overall drilling efficiency by more than 50%.
