Product Description
The RCZ421T is a high-performance surface down-the-hole drill designed for blasting drilling in mining and quarrying. It can drill holes with a diameter of φ80–115 mm and is equipped with a 12 m3/min, 15 bar air compressor and a dry dust collector. Equipped with a Yuchai YC6J190 propulsion system, the drill uses an integrated single-engine system that drives both the air compressor and the hydraulic system, reducing fuel consumption by 35% and maintenance costs by 50% compared to traditional drills. Its rugged design incorporates world-renowned hydraulic components to ensure reliability and low maintenance costs.
Equipped with a two-speed hydraulic travel mechanism, the RCZ421T has excellent all-terrain maneuverability, and its rugged slewing device ensures smooth, high-torque drilling and minimizes drill sticking.
