RCZ421T is a high-performance DTH open-pit drill rig designed for quarry mineral mining and blast hole drilling, capable of drilling holes with a diameter of φ80-115 mm, equipped with an air compressor with a flow rate of 12 m3/min and a pressure of 15 bar and a dry dust collector. The drill rig adopts Yuchai YC6J190 power unit, adopts a single-machine integrated drive mode to drive the air compressor and hydraulic system, and reduces fuel consumption by 35% and maintenance costs by 50% compared with traditional drill rigs. Its rugged structure includes world-renowned hydraulic components to ensure reliability and low maintenance.
The RCZ421T adopts a two-speed hydraulic drive mechanism to provide excellent maneuverability on all terrains, and its rugged rotation device ensures smooth drilling with high torque and minimal drill sticking.
