HJ30J High-Speed Twisted Elastic Pins Micro Rectangular Connector For Military & Aerospace Applications
HJ30J is a high-speed enhanced micro-rectangular electrical connector of the J30J series, specially designed for high-speed differential signal transmission and high-density interconnection. It is widely used in military, aerospace, communication and industrial control fields. It adopts a nickel-plated brass metal shielding housing to resist interference. The interior is equipped with gold/silver stranded elastic pins (contact resistance ≤20mΩ), and is paired with high-temperature resistant insulating media. It can operate stably in an environment ranging from -55℃ to +125℃. It features a 1.27mm pitch, multiple core specifications, and various termination methods. This connector has a characteristic impedance of 100Ω±15Ω, a single-ended transmission rate of 1.65Gbps (3.125Gbps for board-to-board), crosstalk of ≥30dB, a rated current of 3A, a withstand voltage of 800V, is resistant to vibration and shock, and has a mechanical life of 500 times. It complies with the GJB2446A military standard It is compatible with scenarios such as high-speed data interconnection, military equipment, industrial control equipment, and interconnection between high-density boards.
