A4:First of all , you need have your own design ,while you giving us the file of design , pls also tell us the Pantone of color . about this question , you can talk with your designer.

A5: For sample , after you paid courier fee , usually need 3-5 days . for your own bags, from confirmed design to done bags , need 20-25day. Not including shipping.
