1.Kraft Paper: Offers excellent strength and toughness, is abrasion-resistant and tear-resistant, and provides a

   natural, eco-friendly visual appeal.

2.Inner Liner (PE/CPP): The critical functional layer. Provides grease resistance, water resistance, and moisture

   barrier properties, preventing grease from leaking through and keeping food dry and crisp.

3.Recyclability: The main material is paper, which is theoretically recyclable. Actual recyclability depends on the

   inner liner material and the level of food contamination.

4.Renewable Resource: Paper comes from sustainably managed forests, aligning with environmental trends.

Testing of raw materials

1.Physical indicators: Quantification, odor, folding strength, bursting strength,stiffness, tensile strength, tear strength,

    smoothness, whitenessopacity, paperdust, thickness, moisture, water absorption (COBB), fat acid resistance

   (the KITmethod and hot oil test), etc.
2.Food safety indicators: Fluorescent substances, consumption of potassiumpermanganate, heavy metal

    (calculated by Pb), arsenic, formaldehyde, overallmigration, microorganisms (3 items), etc.
3.Ink testing: Color, odor, PH value, heavy metals (multiple elements), etc.
4.Sealant testing: Viscosity, solid content, heavy metals (multiple elements), etc.

Q1: How you manage your warehouse keeping?

A: According to the different characteristics of environmental protection and food packaging, we have corresponding storage management systems. We have Intelligent warehouse management, dust-proof rolling shutter door, dust and insect screens, dust removal, we will make sure the storage environment is safe and clean.

Q2: How to make sure the bag loading?

A: For each production, we will process static weight test, dynamic lifting test, swing test, pull test, those testing will make sure the handle and bag have good function during use. We also make high and low temperature test, which makes sure the bags also work well after long time shipments.

Q3: How to ship the bags?

A: 1.By sea or air as your requirement.

2. Ex-work or FOB, if you have own forwarder in China.

3. CFR or CIF, etc., if you need us to make shipment for you.

4. DDP and DDU are also available.
