A:We reply every enquiry within 12 hours and try our best to meet the demand of the customers ,will consult and follow the relevant sellings and handlings.
Q2:What are your manufacturing and shipping time ?
A:About 25-35 days after confirm the details .
Q3:What shall we do ,if we need put logo on the bags?
A:Just send the logo by email,attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files ,and inform us the pantone colors ,the size ,and the location of it ,so we can make embroidery,printing,or other style logo for clients’ choices.
Q4:What is your policy of samples ?
A:Many customers will ask for free samples, our sample policy is depending on different samples. Plain and exist stock sample is free, design sample we charge sample fee, the sample fee depends on color and size.
Q5:What is your usual term of payment?
A: Normally 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against BL copy. For the customized products, 50% deposit and 50% balance against BL copy.
