Nanwang is a large-scale packaging manufacturer, employing 1800 people and operating a 200,000 square meter facility equipped with 40 printing machines and 400 sets of main production equipment. This substantial infrastructure enables the company to produce over 2.7 billion eco-friendly paper bags and 9.3 billion food packaging bags annually.
Q1: What’s your printing type?
A: Our machine is flexo printing machine, we use water based ink for printing, which is eco-friendly.
Q2: How you manage your warehouse keeping?
A: According to the different characteristics of environmental protection and food packaging, we have corresponding storage management systems. We have Intelligent warehouse management, dust-proof rolling shutter door, dust and insect screens, dust removal, we will make sure the storage environment is safe and clean.
Q3: How to make sure the bag loading?
A: For each production, we will process static weight test, dynamic lifting test, swing test, pull test, those testing will make sure the handle and bag have good function during use. We also make high and low temperature test, which makes sure the bags also work well after long time shipments.
Q4: How to ship the bags?
A: 1.By sea or air as your requirement.
2. Ex-work or FOB, if you have own forwarder in China.
3. CFR or CIF, etc., if you need us to make shipment for you.
4. DDP and DDU are also available.
5. More options, we will consider your choice.
