Weighning and scale packing system for PP PE pellets
Weighning and scale packing system could be used in the plastic pellets and granules.
The material in the packaging bag is converted into an analog voltage signal by the gravity sensor, and then amplified by the intelligent weighing instrument for A/D conversion. The central processor performs high-speed sampling, digital filtering and other processing and calculations, and issues instructions according to the user's settings and calculation results to control the feeding motor to run at three speeds: fast, medium and slow. When the weight of the material reaches the set target value, the weighing instrument outputs an end signal to the program controller to execute the end weighing, the feeding motor stops running, and the vacuum device stops working at the same time, completing the weighing process, and so on.
The main functions of the touch screen weighing instrument are as follows:
1. It adopts a high-color touch screen (provided by Foxconn Group), an intelligent human-computer interaction interface, and the whole machine uses imported industrial-grade devices to ensure normal operation at a low temperature of -40 degrees;
2. The whole machine adopts CPU design, 32-bit processor, super data acquisition and processing capabilities to ensure the response speed and stability of the system;
3. It adopts an original imported 24-bit AD chip, and the sampling rate has reached 960 times/second, ensuring the high-speed acquisition and real-time control of the instrument in dynamic measurement, providing dynamic measurement speed and accuracy;
4. The resolution of the instrument's internal code is 1/540000, and the minimum display resolution can be 1/100000;
5. The industry's first filter algorithm designed according to the operating conditions of the equipment to overcome the impact of mechanical vibration or resonance of the equipment during field work, ensuring accurate measurement and control of the equipment;
6. The latest ferroelectric storage technology is used to ensure that data is not lost during power failure, and a large capacity database can be built in the instrument for intelligent analysis;
7. The instrument can switch between multiple working modes at will, and the typical functions are as follows:
