The pelletizing machine with cutter compactor is designed to recycle the most of the soft plastics. The soft material contains BOPP LDPE LLDPE rolls and crushed LLDPE, LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP and PET films and fibers from post industrial or post consumer. It could do some rigid plastic contains the HDPE,PP bottles,drums and caps from post-industrial or post-consumer.

According to the material contamination condition, we design one stage pelletizing machine for the clean material or on line recycling. At the same time we design the two stages for the comparatively contaminated soft materials.

One stage plastic pelletizing machine

One stage ML type machine can recycle the LLDPE,LDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP PET films and fibers. Based on the material specification, we will design the specific screws, and the pelletizing type, also the related auxiliary machines to assist the machines.

High efficient plastic pelletizing machine

The capacity of the machine varies from 100-1000kg/h. High efficient motors and screw design make the machine capacity will be larger than normal same screw diameter extruder.

It can be used in recycling and pelletizing the flexible LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP,PET films each on line recycling or the bulk recycling.

The capacity of the machine varies from 100 to 1000kg/h.

The normal design one stage pelletizing machine can be used in recycling and pelletizing the flexible LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP films each on line recycling or the bulk recycling.

According to the raw material condition, we could redesign the pelletizing line.

1.Shredder or crusher

• If you recycle the raw material is large rolls, you might need one shredder or crusher to shred it into small pieces, then go to the cutter compactor.

2.Cutter compactor type

• In the cutter compactor there are some rotary blades fixed on the middle rotary plate and fixed blades mounted on the walls of the cutter compactor.
• For normal PP PE films single plate type is enough. For the PET raw materials we tested the two plates will be good.

3.Degassing system

• Non degassing system suitable for the clean films
• Natual degassing system suitable for the normal films
• Vacuum degassing system suitable for the materials washed and need to remove some the ink and gas.

4.Screen changer system

• Several options depending on the raw material condition and customer prefer
• Plate type: easy to option, normal filtering space
• Piston type round filter: Suitable for clean materials
• Piston type large filtering space: Suitable for much dirty materials, such as the washed PP PE films. Less change filter frequency, save labour work, increase the capacity. To change the filter will be a little longer than the plate type and piston type. While you are familiar with it, it will be quick.
• Laser filter or non mesh filter: It is the automatically no need to change the filters or screens. It is with a filter plate or two plates inside with two rotary blades to rotate to scrap the dirty. The screen mesh could be 40mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh.

5.Pelletizing system

According to the raw material characteristics, we have the below several options:

• Watering pelletizing system. The horizontal watering pelletizing suitable for the PE films, and vertical watering pelletizing system will be good for the PP type.
• Dry strand pelletizing system suitable for most raw material, including the engineering polymer, such as PP(film grade or the blow and injection grade) PE(film grade or the blow and injection grade), ABS, PC, etc
• Wet (undewater)strand pelletizing system is suitable for the PET, such as the PET bottle flakes, PET fiber, BOPET films etc.
• Underwater pelletizing is suitable for the PP rigid PE rigid or the PBAT material for customer have special requirement.

6. After the different pelletizing system we will offer the dewatering system and vibration and transmission and silo for the packing.

7. The silo could be the cyclone type or the mixing type.
