Fully Automatic Plastic plastic crushing and washing machine for PP PE Films and Woven Bags

This complete production line is used for shredding, crushing, cleaning, dewatering and drying PP/PE films and PP woven bags. The raw materials can be from post-consumer or post-industrial. For example, agricultural PE waste film, waste packaging film, etc., as well as PP woven bags used for packaging, etc.

Our PE film cleaning line is unique in its user-friendly interface and automated control system, allowing operators to easily monitor and adjust settings. In addition, the production line was designed with energy efficiency in mind, lowering operating costs while reducing environmental impact.

Usually, after the raw materials are thoroughly cleaned and dried, PP and PE waste will enter the pelletizing production line. The production line will process and pellet raw materials to produce high-quality plastic pellets/resin for subsequent production use. The materials can be sold into the pellet market or used to make new films or bags.

The main washing machines features:

A.Preshredder for capacity larger than 800kg per hour. 

Intelligent design and powerful pre-shredding force can cut bulk PE film, loose PP ton bags and woven bags to size of 100-150mm. This will reduce the labor intensity of subsequent work.

B. Trommel for separation

The design with a hole diameter of 25mm can effectively remove impurities and sand mixed in PP and PE films and PP woven bag waste. Ultimately, this will reduce the sand content in the flotation cells and save water.

It can separate the sand, dust and stones etc.

C. Manual sorting belt

It is used for the manual sorting. We can select the unwanted material out.

D.Sand remover for remove 

Special design to reduce the sand in the raw materials. The rotation shaft and blades will remove the sand and bottom conveyer will discharge the sand out.

E.Special design crusher

The specially designed high-quality crusher, equipped with a uniquely structured shaft and blade angle, can efficiently process PP and PE films, bags, and PP woven bags in good condition.

F.Horizontal Friction Washing

It is designed to effectively remove sand and adhered labels from the film and can be cleaned by adding water. It is good for the soft matreials like the films.

G.High speed friction washing 1

It is designed to remove sand and adhered labels from the film and is cleaned by adding water. Its performance is excellent for remove the sand and labels sticked on the films.

H.Floating tank

It will make the raw material float. Depending on the condition of the raw materials, we can add pneumatic valves to discharge waste and sand. The design using stainless steel chains can effectively discharge waste, thus saving water.

I. Plastic squeezer dryer

It will be used for drying raw materials in the washing system, which can effectively remove moisture and control the humidity within 5%. This will greatly improve the quality of subsequent plastic granulation processing.
