Automatic and High Efficiency HDPE and PVC Pipe Horizontal Plastic Shredding and Grnualting Machine
The horizontal plastic shredder is designed for processing long and bulky materials with dimensions ranging from 250mm to 1600mm in diameter and 3m to 9m in length. No pre-cutting is required; materials can be fed entirely in a single pass.
Featuring a dual-shaft drive system with synchronized shaft rotation, the horizontal plastic shredder significantly increases throughput and shredding efficiency compared to single-shaft systems at equivalent power levels.
An integrated hydraulic system continuously pushes materials toward the main shafts for shredding. Coupled with a high-precision control system and hopper balance system, this ensures smooth operation throughout the shredding process, minimizing vibration and noise.
The electrical control system prioritizes safety and user-friendliness, incorporating one-touch start, emergency stop, overload protection, and other safety functions. These features guarantee stable machine operation and maintain high efficiency.
