A: Most issues come from wrong mixing ratio, too thick a coat or poor surface prep. Follow the recommended hardener ratio, apply 1.5-2 medium coats with proper flash time, and ensure the basecoat is fully dry. If fisheyes or orange peel appear, sand and recoat with a clean, well-ventilated gun setup.

A: Fish eyes are usually caused by silicone contamination on the surface or in the air line; orange peel comes from incorrect viscosity, spray distance or flash time. Clean the surface thoroughly with a degreaser, use a moisture filter, and adjust pressure and distance for a smooth, level finish.
