Base Coat Of 1K
One-component universal vehicle body refinish paint series made with foreign raw ingredients from acrylic and polyurethane resins. It offers a metallic glitter effect for vehicle painting, making the automobile body more three-dimensional, accentuating the sumptuous nature, and is appropriate for high-end car painting. It includes plain paint, silver powder paint, and pearl paint color masterbatch. It may also be used for specialized primers for luxury automobiles, commercial vehicles, spraying new autos, and restoring older cars.
Meklon Coat Basecoat offers excellent coverage and adequate metal orientation for enhancing OEM solid, metal, and pearl color effects in car paint. It is very easy to mix and apply.
The highest color accuracy is provided by Meklon Coat basecoat.
A Meklon Coat basecoat and a Meklon Coat clearcoat must be applied together for durability.
An old or original painting has to be scrubbed and carefully cleaned.

Cleaning and sanding of damaged areas should be done using P500-P600 (by machine) or P800-P1000 (by hand).

Before applying the basecoat, the metallic surface must be properly cleaned. The existing paint is completely sanded and cleaned to create a smooth, uniform canvas. Applying a prime surface or a surface that has been sanded, cleaned, or left unhandled during a wet-on-wet operation improves good adhesion and a faultless finished look.
