Our HS series high concentration universal toner under the Addition brand can meet the diverse needs of customers. There are 2K, 1K, 1K silver powder, 1K pearl and other toners that can be mixed with various resins. The HS automotive paint series has over 70 types of toners, including solid color, silver powder, pearl toner, etc. When mixed with different resins, it can produce coatings such as pearl, metallic glitter, and solid color. This series has low resin content, strong covering power, good stability, compatibility with most resins, easy dispersion, and low price. It can also completely replace the DuPont Central series and can be matched with the DuPont pre mixed paint formula system.
Provide gloss and leveling for 2K solid color paint. The mixing ratio varies slightly depending on the covering power of the toner, generally ranging from 50% to 40% 2K solid color toner and 50% to 60% 2K resin base material (Addition AHS series). Solid color 2K toner mixing ratio (volume ratio): curing agent: diluent=2:1:0.3-0.5.
Support the arrangement of pearls and silver powder in the primer. The mixing ratio varies slightly depending on the covering power of the toner, usually 70% -55% 1K solid color toner and 30% -45% 1K resin base (Addition AHS series), diluent: 1K toner=1:1-1.2.
2K Color Paint: High quality single coating two-component automotive repair paint that can be dried at room temperature or low temperature. It dries quickly, has high hardness, good gloss, bright colors, strong coverage, and is easy to spray.
1K color paint: Double/triple coat high-quality primer series, with silver powder, pearl, and solid color toner, excellent coverage, metallic effect, and easy spraying.
