Product Description
Solvent-Based Paint White Black Yellow Silver Auto Refinish Paint
Our car paint is a solvent-based acrylic system that has very good weather resistance. The high gloss can last many years.
We have various 2K and 1K colors: white, black, yellow, silver, and pearls. The main characteristics of our paint is high solid content, high thickness, and very good coverage.
2K PAINTS
Mixing ratio (2k paints: Activator/hardener: Thinner = 2: 1: 0.3-0.5)
For clear coat and hardener, in addition to the 2:1 mixing ratio, we also make 4:1 and 5:1 mixing ratios.
Application method: Stir evenly before applying. Spray 2–3 coats. You can polish after 15 hours at 22°C and 30 minutes at 70°C.
SURFACE PREPARATION
1. Surface Should Be Clean And Free Of Dust, Grease, And Oil.
2. Old Varnish Surfaces Must Be Sanded Using Grit Sandpaper Number 1200, Before Applying The Clear Coat.
