A: Standard rolls run at common refinish widths with typical film thickness for spray booth work, and we slit custom widths and lengths on request. Send the panel sizes your customers work with, the roll length they prefer and the carton quantity you need, and we will confirm the specification, MOQ and packing plan.
Q: Will the adhesive leave residue on paint or plastic trim?
A: The low-adhesion layer is formulated for refinish use: it holds firmly against overspray and dust but releases cleanly from cured paint, clear coat and plastic parts without leaving tacky marks. For freshly painted panels, mask only after the film has fully cured, and peel back slowly at a low angle to keep the edge clean.
Q: How does the film behave in hot booths and cold workshops?
A: The flexible substrate conforms to curves and body lines and resists curling at the edges across normal booth temperatures and cold storage. If a roll has been stored cold, let it reach room temperature before unrolling so the film relaxes and lays flat, and avoid stretching it hard around tight radiuses.
