When properly applied with 2-3 coats on a primed surface, it maintains color vibrancy and protection for 3-5 years under normal outdoor conditions. The acrylic resin formulation provides strong adhesion and resistance to chipping, fading, and corrosion. For best results, we recommend applying a clear coat top layer for extended protection.
Q: What surface preparation and application steps are required for best results?
A: For optimal results: 1) Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and rust; 2) Sand the area with 400-600 grit sandpaper for proper adhesion; 3) Apply a suitable automotive primer and allow it to dry; 4) Shake the spray can vigorously for 2 minutes before use; 5) Apply 2-3 thin, even coats from 20-25cm distance, allowing 10-15 minutes flash time between coats; 6) Allow 24 hours for full curing. Temperature should be between 15-30°C with humidity below 70%.
