Color Difference & Uneven Pearl Sparkle
A:Causes
Flame Copper Pearl contains special copper pearl pigments which settle rapidly.
Insufficient stirring leads to uneven pearl arrangement and inconsistent metallic luster.
Unstable gun distance, speed or coat thickness causes difference between bright and dull areas.
Solutions
Stir thoroughly before use, and keep stirring occasionally during spraying.
Apply 2–3 thin uniform coats with fixed gun distance and steady moving speed.
Use medium-drying thinner; avoid ultra-fast-drying thinner.
