Thoroughly degrease and dewax before spraying.
Seal putty and repair parts with primer first, then apply Flame Copper Pearl.

Clear coat sprayed before pearl base coat fully flash off.
Incompatible clear coat destroys copper pearl tone and causes darkening.
Solutions
Wait for complete flash-off before clear coat application.
Use matching clear coat and hardener of the same paint system.
