1. Product Details
Infrared honeycomb ceramic plate is made of high purity cordierite material, and used for gas stoves, barbecue oven, and some of industrial baking device.
Gas combustion occurs inside the pores of the infrared honeycomb ceramic plate, and it can efficiently irradiated thermal energy in a ultra-red rays, to avoid loss of the energy of visible light. Infrared honeycomb ceramic plate is suitable for a variety of gas: natural gas (NG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), oil field gas, artificial gas etc. The advantages of high combustion efficiency, uniform heat dissipation and low exhaust emission, infrared honeycomb ceramic plate proved to be an environmental heating technology, to replace the traditional gas technology.
Infrared honeycomb ceramic plate apply rare-earth catalytic combustion technology on infrared burner & heater, this kind of technology could save 10~20% energy than non-catalytic infrared heater.
