Engineered with internal flow channels that direct returning suction gas across the motor housing, this compressor keeps motor winding temperatures within optimal operating limits during low-evaporating-temperature duty. The versatile multi-refrigerant motor supports dual-frequency power supplies (400V/50Hz and 460V/60Hz PW) and ensures reliable compatibility with R22, R407C, R134a, R404A, and R507.
Built around a rugged 4-cylinder casing, this semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor incorporates a dynamically balanced crankshaft paired with wear-resistant journal bearings and precision-machined piston linkages. The optimized drive train design dampens gas pressure pulsations and minimizes structural vibration during continuous commercial freezing operations.
To safeguard internal moving parts against system debris, this compressor includes an outer-accessible high-density suction filter screen that simplifies routine maintenance and filter cleaning. Operational safety is reinforced by an internal pressure relief valve that equalizes casing pressure during system anomalies, along with an INT6902 electronic protection module that monitors motor thermal status.
