The compact casing integrates the suction filter, shut-off valves, and temperature sensors into a single streamlined unit, minimizing overall physical dimensions and saving valuable footprint inside equipment skids.
Equipped with a solenoid-controlled energy modulation system, this semi-hermetic compressor provides flexible 100% and 50% output steps. By adjusting compressor displacement directly to varying thermal loads, the system avoids frequent motor restarts, maintains stable suction pressure, and optimizes power efficiency during partial-load conditions.
To safeguard internal cylinder valves and moving mechanical parts from debris, the unit incorporates an outer-accessible high-density suction filter screen. Mounted on the exterior end casing, the filter element can be easily inspected, cleaned, or replaced during routine servicing without disconnecting suction pipe lines.
Designed for operational safety under extreme working conditions, the semi-hermetic compressor features an internal pressure relief valve that automatically connects the high-pressure discharge port to the suction casing during overpressure events. This internal pressure equalization prevents structural casing stress and provides reliable, self-resetting system protection.
