Built to handle extreme low-temperature loads in large distribution cold stores, quick-freezing processing plants, and industrial blast freezers, the 06TTR301 semi hermetic screw compressor combines high volumetric output with rugged operational reliability. Powered by a 150 HP heavy-duty motor, this model delivers a displacement of 504 m³/h (301 CFM) at 60Hz and 418 m³/h (250 CFM) at 50Hz.
Calibrated for R404A, R507, and R22 low-temp refrigerants, its integrated 1-3/8 in. economizer circuit injects vapor directly into the compression pocket to maintain high refrigeration capacity and system efficiency under severe pressure ratios.
To adapt to rapid fluctuations in thermal demand during initial product pull-down or shifting storage room loading, the compressor uses a dual-solenoid stepless unloading mechanism ranging from 25% to 100%. By continually adjusting gas displacement to match immediate cooling needs, the 06TTR301 eliminates frequent motor restarts, maintains stable evaporating pressures, and lowers electrical utility costs over long running cycles.
Weighing 630 kg, the heavy-walled housing dampens vibration in demanding mechanical room environments. The compressor relies on an internal pressure-differential lubrication scheme, completely doing away with external mechanical oil pumps.
